A team, not a consultant.
Fractional executives, outsourced departments and a Growth Partner program for British Columbia companies. Led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, with a bench of more than thirty specialists who join your business by function, on the terms that fit its size.
The bench. Pick the seat your company is missing.
Three ways to put people in the business.
One seat
A fractional CMO, CTO, COO or CFO joins your leadership team for a set number of days a month, owns a function, and builds the people and systems so it runs without them.
Fractional executivesOne department
A whole function, outsourced: growth and marketing, sales systems, technology, or operations. Senior lead, specialists underneath, a weekly cadence with you.
Outsourced departmentsThe whole bench, on results
For BC companies between $500K and $30M with proven demand, the Growth Partner program embeds the team across marketing, sales, operations and technology and ties our pay to your growth.
Growth Partner program
The owner who had to build every team himself.
Ali Sedighi founded his first company in 2007 and has founded eight since. He holds an MBA in Technology Management, has lived in Vancouver since 2019, and has spent 19 years hiring, structuring, leading and occasionally replacing the teams that run growing companies. He takes fractional CMO and CTO seats himself.
Behind him is a bench of more than thirty specialists across marketing, sales systems, technology, operations, finance and data, distributed across Canada and assembled per engagement, so you get the people the work needs and nobody else.
For the owner who is the bottleneck.

Questions we hear first
What does a fractional executive cost compared with a full time hire?
A full time executive in British Columbia is a senior salary plus benefits, recruiting fees and months of ramp, and most companies under $30M do not have forty hours of executive work a week in any one function. Our Fractional Executive band is $25K to $60K per month, outcome based, with a three month minimum, and an Advisory Retainer runs $8K to $25K per month. You buy the judgement and the authority without the idle time, and you can scale the seat down as your own people grow.
How many hours a week do you work in our business?
Enough to run the function, not to fill a timesheet. A typical fractional seat includes a weekly leadership meeting, working sessions with your managers and the hours our specialists spend on execution. We price by outcome and seat, never by the hour, so nobody is watching a clock. If the work needs more time in a given month, it gets it.
Who is actually on the team?
Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads every engagement personally and takes fractional CMO and CTO seats himself, and more than thirty specialists across finance, operations, sales systems, data, marketing, technology and development, distributed across Canada. Specialists join your engagement by function and you meet every person who works in your business. Ali has founded eight companies since 2007.
How is the Growth Partner program paid?
Through revenue share, equity or a hybrid of a reduced retainer plus a bonus on results, agreed in a term sheet before work begins and reviewed by your lawyer. It is for Canadian companies doing roughly $500K to $30M with proven demand. Where the fit is not there, we recommend our standard outcome based bands instead, and we say so early.
How long until I can step back from the day to day?
Most owners feel the difference inside the first month, when a weekly meeting and a scorecard start catching problems before they reach you. Installing a full operating cadence takes about a quarter. Stepping back from the seats you hold personally takes longer and depends on how many decisions only you can make today. We count that number from week one and report it.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign NDAs on request before we see anything, and most engagements begin that way. Your numbers, customers, staff matters and plans stay inside the engagement. We never publish client names or results without written permission, which is why the results we cite publicly come from Ali's own agencies. Access to your systems is documented and removed when the engagement ends.
