Outsourced technology team

You need a website that converts, software that talks to other software, reports that update themselves and someone to call when it breaks. You do not need a payroll of developers. Our outsourced technology team gives you developers, systems and data specialists from Ali's team, managed by Ali, who holds an MBA in Technology Management and takes CTO seats himself. One team, one roadmap, one monthly bill.

What you leave with

Working technology that serves the business plan, with every account, repository and document in your name.

Who it is for

  • Companies whose website and systems were built by vendors who have since disappeared
  • Owners who want automation and integration but have nobody to specify or manage it
  • Growing businesses that need a technology function before they can justify hiring one

What we deliver

  • Website and landing page development, hosting and maintenance
  • Integrations between your CRM, accounting, scheduling and marketing tools
  • AI agents and automations specified, built and monitored
  • Security basics: access management, backups, recovery tests and offboarding
  • Documentation of every system, so no knowledge lives in one head

How it runs

  1. 01Inventory

Every system, owner, cost and dependency on one page. We fix what is urgent, such as expired domains or unowned accounts, immediately.

  2. 02Roadmap

Projects sequenced by business return. You approve the quarter's list and the budget.

  3. 03Deliver

Developers ship in two week cycles. Ali reviews what is delivered before you see it.

  4. 04Support

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and a named person to call. Quarterly roadmap reviews.

Engagement and fees

Advisory Retainer band, $8K to $25K per month, for maintenance and a steady project flow. 90 Day Sprint ($80K to $250K) for a rebuild or a large integration program. Outcome based, never hourly. Every engagement is scoped after a call and confirmed in writing. See consultations and fees.

How the team is managed

Technology projects fail on management more than on code. Scope drifts, nobody tests, the vendor goes quiet. Ali manages the team the way he has managed his own agencies' development for years: written scope, two week deliveries, a demonstration of working software every cycle, and a plain language status note to you.

Ali's agencies have shipped more than 150 live HVAC websites and BoilerPart.ca, a 2,000 page programmatic content engine, which is the scale of delivery habit this team brings.

What we build versus what we buy

Before building anything, we check whether an existing product already does it well. Most scheduling, invoicing and CRM needs are met by products that cost less per month than one hour of development. We build where the business is genuinely different: integrations between those products, your customer facing site, reporting that no vendor provides and AI agents trained on your own data.

This discipline keeps the technology budget on things that produce revenue or save hours, and it is the difference between a roadmap and a wish list.

What to prepare and common mistakes

A list of every software subscription on your statements, every domain you own, every person who has ever had admin access, and the three recurring technology complaints from your staff. We take it from there and come back with a one page inventory.

The common mistake is paying for a rebuild when an integration would do. The second is letting a vendor own your domain, hosting or ad accounts, which we see constantly. We correct both in the first month, before any new work starts.
