A growth partner is an outside team that embeds across a company's growth functions and is paid according to the results it produces, through revenue share, equity or a hybrid of a reduced retainer plus a performance bonus. The relationship is closer to a partnership than a vendor contract: the partner's income rises when the company's revenue rises.

Ali Sedighi's Growth Partner program is for Canadian companies doing roughly $500K to $30M with proven demand. The team embeds across marketing, sales, operations, finance and technology under Ali's leadership. The model fits companies that are turning work away or failing to follow up on demand they already have, because in those cases the constraint is execution capacity, and a team removes it. It does not fit unproven products or owners who want to approve every decision.

In practice a growth partnership begins with qualification, a term sheet reviewed by the company's lawyer, a scorecard both sides agree on and quarterly reviews. Where equity is involved, it is documented by lawyers and registered advisers. Accounts, systems and documentation stay in the company's name from day one, and the term sheet includes an exit path. Companies that do not qualify are offered the standard outcome based engagement bands instead, which is often the better answer.
